ONE CONNECT
OneConnect is a fee-based consulting service that specializes in the strategic promotion, evaluation, networking, guiding, and advising for athletes and families with college recruiting. Our team of professionals utilizes our extensive industry knowledge and network to help student-athletes maximize their potential. We are not your typical recruiting service - we offer a VIP, white-gloved experience to help our clients succeed. We work with male and female student-athletes across all sports.
EVALUATE

Founder/Advisor
Danny Servick
Danny has 30 years of experience in the sports industry since his days as a D1 college basketball player ended. Working on every level from professional to grassroots, Danny's touch points to the industry range from being a coach, scout, agent, director, and consultant/advisor, and give him extensive knowledge of the college recruiting landscape on every level through his extensive network, experience, reputation, and relationships.

Aaron Morrison
Aaron Morrison brings extensive coaching experience and a proven track record of developing basketball talent at all levels. Morrison's coaching journey includes valuable experience as a Varsity Boys Head Coach at Middle Tennessee Christian School and Varsity Boys Assistant Coach at several prestigious programs, including BGA, Lipscomb Academy, and Grace Christian Academy.
Morrison's collegiate coaching experience includes a stint as Graduate Assistant at Lipscomb University during the 2015-16 season, where he gained valuable insight into Division I basketball operations and player development at the highest level.
Morrison is also the Founder and Director of the Battle for Nashville high school basketball tournament, a premier event that has showcased multiple Top 100 nationally ranked players and over 20 future Division I athletes, further establishing his influence in high school basketball circles.
Throughout his coaching career, Morrison has helped countless athletes achieve their goals of competing at the next level, successfully guiding players to every level of college basketball. His ability to identify talent, develop skills, and navigate the recruiting process has made him a trusted mentor for players aspiring to continue their basketball careers beyond high school.

Thomas Viglianco
Thomas brings 20+ years of his basketball life as former 9 year professional player, following his D1 career, that he shares daily with athletes and their families. Since 2013, he has worked with players training and advising them. He now has over 500+ clients (NBA, overseas, college, high school, middle school players) from around the country, men and women, & worked with several teams as well. He's had 70+ clients sign college scholarships in the past 6 years alone!
